I'm crazy and I know it

It's the first real day of winter... snow is falling and temperatures are in the teens. Sounds like a great day to stay inside and cuddle up by the fire, right? WRONG! 

I'm actually going out in this nonsense for my first photo session of the year! I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm really excited!

This isn't just any photo session! In addition to photographing a very brave family, I'm getting some photos of myself taken. That means TWO photographers will be on hand. It also means I'll soon be able to share a behind-the-scenes look at what happens during photoshoots!

I've got to give a huge shout out and thank you to my friend and fellow photographer Gerry Suchy who was brave enough to say yes when I asked him to join me on this crazy adventure.

I can't wait to share more from our crazy day. Until then, I ask readers of the blog pray  to the old gods and new on our behalf, because winter isn't just coming. It's here!
