A year ago today Cliff and I celebrated 15 years of love surrounded by our friends and family. It was such a special occasion, and I wanted to share these photos for those who hadn't seen them yet.
This celebration was as much about Cliff and I as it was about family, friends, mentors, teachers, and neighbors who have graced our lives with so much love, kindness, guidance, and friendship over the years. Our goal was to host an event that felt laid-back, warm, welcoming, and fun, and also paid tribute to our beloved homeland, Nebraska. We found the perfect venue in Prairie Creek Inn in Walton, Nebraska.

Diem Duong, who made me feel beautiful by doing my hair and makeup.

Kim Nuss, who led Hall County Incident in rocking the joint.
My extended family, including my beautiful cousins and life-of-the-party uncles who traveled all the way from Indiana to share in our joy.
And, of course, our parents, who gave us roots and taught us to fly.
