I'm trilled to announce that some of my art will be on display -- and available for sale -- at Locavino in Downtown Silver Spring! A wine tasting and meet-the-artist event will take place Tuesday, February 4 at 6 p.m.
A little about Locavino:
I adore this restaurant! Owners Jarrod Jarbe and Justin Wallace met while working at Locavino's predecessor, Adega, and have teamed up to breathe new life into this classic Silver Spring establishment. In my opinion, they've done an incredible job!
At Locanvino, you can sample wine and beer from the U.S. and abroad -- all hand-selected by Justin and Jarrod -- in a friendly, down-to-earth environment. As charming as the wine shop is, my favorite part of Locavino is its cafe. The food is fast, fresh, and absolutely delightful. Some of my favorite Locavino dishes include their roasted tomato soup, truffle parmesan fries, and shrimp scampi. Cliff is a fan of the jerk chicken sandwich and wrap.
